Shipping & Returns

Our orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order after dispatch for Express delivery. Standard delivery may take up to 7 days.

Some products that do not require customisation may be in stock & will be shipped immediately. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as it’s on it’s way to you.

Australian shipping rates

Express Delivery $15.00- 1-2 days delivery to metropolitan areas once dispatched
Standard Delivery $10 - 2- 7 days delivery to metropolitan areas once dispatched
Local Sydney delivery available & within a 25km radius. (please send us an email if you would like this option)

When will my order be dispatched?
For orders received Monday-Friday, your order will be dispatched in 3-5 business days.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. We are located in Sydney

Can I track my order?
Yes, all our parcels are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service, which includes tracking. Australia Post will send you an email containing tracking instructions once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse.

Are all your products in stock?
Our website uses an inventory control system that only allows you to order items which we have in stock. In the rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will offer you a full refund for the item.

RETURNS

Due to the personalisation on our items we are unable to accept returns unless they are deemed faulty on arrival. If you have any enquiries with your order please do not hesitate to contact us at info@fourstitches.com.au
